The Platform is a tool -- we are not a party to any agreements, contracts, or transactions between you and your clients.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Platform. We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features at any time with reasonable notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Your own work, contracts, and client relationships
The accuracy of invoices, proposals, and contracts you create
Compliance with applicable laws regarding your freelance business
Any content you upload or generate using the Platform
Tax obligations arising from your freelance work

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between you and your clients, missed deadlines, incorrect invoices, or lost data. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Platform. We retain ownership of the Platform itself, including its design, code, and branding. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
